These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MeontayLinks ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by VQT Inc. By accessing or using MeontayLinks, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
VQT Inc. bears NO legal liability whatsoever for any user's legal violations, deceptive actions, fraudulent conduct, intellectual property infringement, defamatory statements, or any other unlawful or harmful behavior carried out through or in connection with the MeontayLinks platform.
Users act entirely at their own risk. VQT Inc. provides infrastructure and tooling only. All legal responsibility for user actions, content, and conduct rests solely and entirely with the individual user. This disclaimer applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use MeontayLinks. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users under 16 are not permitted to create an account, submit any form, or use any feature of the Service. If we discover a user is under 16, we will terminate their account immediately.

VQT Inc. does not monitor, edit, or endorse user-generated content and assumes no liability for it.
MeontayLinks offers a Pro subscription at $7 per month. The Pro plan provides access to enhanced features including permanent personalization, real data integrations, and priority access to new sources.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. VQT Inc. does not store your full payment card details on its servers.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Your access to Pro features will continue through the end of the current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis at VQT Inc.'s sole discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at support@meontaylinks.com within 7 days of the disputed charge. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account termination.
VQT Inc. reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
We use collected data to operate and improve the Platform, personalize your experience, process payments, send service communications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We implement industry-standard security measures, including AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive credentials, TLS/HTTPS for all data in transit, and parameterized database queries to prevent SQL injection. However, no system is fully impenetrable. You use the Platform at your own risk, and VQT Inc. disclaims liability for unauthorized access to data beyond its reasonable control.
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@meontaylinks.com.
MeontayLinks, its design, codebase, trademarks, trade dress, and all Platform-generated content are the exclusive intellectual property of VQT Inc. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in VQT Inc.'s intellectual property other than the limited license to use the Service.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant VQT Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VQT Inc. disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
VQT INC. BEARS NO LEGAL LIABILITY FOR ANY USER'S LEGAL VIOLATIONS, DECEPTIVE ACTIONS, FRAUDULENT CONDUCT, OR UNLAWFUL BEHAVIOR ON OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM. All such responsibility rests solely with the user.
In no event shall VQT Inc., its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. VQT Inc.'s total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to VQT Inc. in the 3 months preceding the claim.
VQT Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. VQT Inc. is not liable to you or any third party for termination of your account.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact VQT Inc. at legal@meontaylinks.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. Claims for violations of VQT Inc.'s intellectual property rights may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VQT Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform, including your content, your conduct, and any claim that your content infringes a third party's rights.
The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments). VQT Inc. is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
VQT Inc. may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. If the changes are material, we will provide notice through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VQT Inc. regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.
